Shipment methods

The products will be sent to the place you have indicated to us in the Order Form with the courier service. The choice of the shipping courier is at the discretion of our company.

• Shipments are made daily, except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
• The shipping cost is set at € 5.0 for the cities and areas that are characterized as affordable by the Collaborating Courier-Courier (including VAT) + 0 for cash on delivery costs. In the case of the credit card the cost is set at € 5 in total.
• These charges apply to areas that are not designated as inaccessible by the cooperating courier company.
• For areas that are outside the service network (courier), and are characterized as inaccessible, shipping costs will be differentiated. You will be informed about the fact that your area is considered inaccessible and therefore about the cost of transport after the Confirmation of Order Registration in writing and in a period of about 24 hours.
• If you do not agree with the shipping cost, you have the right to request the correction or cancellation of the order within 8 hours from the time of receiving the relevant information, provided that the shipment has not been performed. The expiration of this deadline will be proof of your agreement and acceptance of the shipping costs.
• The execution of the order for the available products is done within 24 hours and to this the shipping time should be added.
• Happy Moments will make every effort to send you the products within 1-3 working days (Monday to Friday).
