Each order submitted by the customer either electronically or by telephone automatically binds all the products that have been declared based on their availability and for 24 hours from the moment of submission. When the time of 24 hours has passed without it being possible to communicate with the customer in the data declared by the ERP system of the company, it automatically cancels the respective order, immediately releasing the pieces of it, making them available for sale again. 4. Order & cancellation right - Returns
4.1 There is a right to cancel the order if you have not been sent the "Order Confirmation" email and the product has not been delivered for shipment.
4.2 There is a right of return in case of defective products. This must be done within fourteen days from the date of delivery.

4.4 You must return the products to Happymoments.gr by official mail or equivalent within fourteen calendar days from the date of the Cancellation Notice. You are responsible for the cost of returning the products to Happymoments.gr and the risk of damaging the products during transport. If the products are damaged during transport, Happymoments.gr reserves the right to refuse the return and you will have to claim compensation from the carrier.
4.5 After Happymoments.gr receives the returned products and confirms that you have complied with article 4.3, it will send you an e-mail confirmation that it has accepted the return of the products and will immediately return the contract price to a bank account that you indicate to us in case of cash on delivery or bank deposit, or credit or debit card used to purchase the products.
4.6 Returns of non-defective products are not accepted when their packaging has been opened. In case of change of opinion, when the package has not been opened, no money is returned but a credit of corresponding value for purchases from our store.
4.7 For the products in which it is written "Upon order", Happymoments.gr may not accept the orders for which the availability from its suppliers exceeds 7 days.
